Global Sales Development Specialist

This role will support and promote the continued growth of new business for CSA Group Field Services. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will serve as an internal sales and customer contact for initial inquiries, project quotes and services.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage the sales process by promptly responding to all inquiries to present information.
- Support the sales process by providing CSA Group information to prospective contacts/leads and referral customers, determining client needs and expectations, and relaying necessary information to operations to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Prepare cost proposals of services for clients using applicable questionnaires & worksheets, send proposals to clients, and conduct follow-up calls to provide further information, answer questions, and document these activities for further follow-up.
- Assist as needed with the operations group in opening an application file and completing documentation necessary for accepted proposals.
- Maintain accurate & complete client files, including inputting new/existing client information into the shared sales database, establishing, and maintaining a list of preferred contacts based on reputation, influence, and personal judgment.
- Work in conjunction with the Marketing team to provide administrative and coordination support for trade shows, including pre-work, scheduling, mailings, marketing materials, and customer contacts.
- Conduct research on mailing lists for target audiences to coordinate and execute broad-based and targeted mailings to prospective clients for lead generation.
- Gather competitive information on clients & prospects, including trade shows participation, to make recommendations on where CSA Group should position itself strategically in the marketplace.
- Develop sales leads through cold calling, internet research, trade shows leads, trade magazines, and other suitable resources.
- Post-secondary education is required.
- 3-5 years of sales, customer service, or marketing experience are preferred.
- Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database applications, with experience in Salesforce being a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Excellent phone and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Able to maintain positive contacts within all levels of the organization to exchange explain and interpret information or ideas and follow-up on client requests.
- Customer service-focused and a team player.
