- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including retailers, distributors, and other partners
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Attend trade shows and conferences to promote our products and network with potential clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Travel within Europe as needed to meet with clients and attend meetings and events
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in international sales or business development, preferably in the mattress or bedding industry (B2B)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Willingness to travel within Europe as needed
- Fluent in English, additional European languages are a plus
