Job DescriptionSales Manager New Business Development
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Sales Manager for New Business Development to join our team in Berlin or remotely. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities in the international market and driving growth for our company.
- Achieve growth by hunting and acquiring new business clients in China based on an objective business plan
- Collaborate with our sales leadership to build strong positions in the largest media groups and brands
- Research, cold calling, emailing, and reaching out to new clients
- Emphasize outbound activities and commitment to action to establish us further in creative and corporate sectors
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH OUTBOUND ACTIVITY AND NETWORKING
- Participate in strategic market, product, and revenue growth from a wider perspective
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- New Revenue: Achieving early wins with new clients and sustained growth in existing accounts
- Lead Generation and Acquisition of potential clients in new markets
- Outbound activity levels: Breaking through barriers to reach new heights
- Vertical growth plan: Developing a convincing strategy for growth over 24 months
- Positive relationships and effective communication with all stakeholders
- You must be eager to win and passionate about establishing new relationships
- Interest in visual content, media, brand, or sports topics
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the full sales cycle: from identifying new clients to contract closure
- Desire to build something new and deliver growth
- Fluent English and Mandarin language skills
- Insights into a leading medium-sized company and the international media industry
