Job Summary:

As a seasoned Enterprise Sales Manager at Supermicro, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the DACH region by leveraging your expertise in managing complex sales processes and building strong relationships with C-Level executives.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Enterprise Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, manufacturing, industrial, OEM, AI, and enterprise sales, with a strong focus on the IT and data center segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILDING STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at current and potential customers, driving business growth through innovative solutions and exceptional customer service.
  • SALES PERFORMANCE: Meet or exceed assigned revenue billing quotas and pipeline targets, consistently delivering results-driven outcomes that align with company objectives.
  • REGIONAL EXPANSION: Develop and execute strategies to expand Supermicro's presence in the DACH region, fostering new business opportunities and increasing market share.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, manufacturing, industrial, OEM, AI, and enterprise sales, with a strong background in the IT and data center segment.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken, with additional European language skills a plus.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is €90,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
