Job Title: Head of Leadership Development

At METRO AG, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our leadership development initiatives. As the Head of Leadership Development, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our leaders and contributing to a unified leadership culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Global Leadership Initiatives: Develop and implement leadership programs, including the Women Leadership Development Program and coordinate Leadership Success Factors implementation.
  • Align Leadership Content: Ensure all programs reflect METRO Leadership Success Factors and current business needs.
  • Measure Impact: Establish and apply KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with senior leaders throughout the global organization to ensure buy-in and alignment.
  • Manage Resources: Oversee budgets and select external partners to enhance program delivery.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in Leadership Development: Mastery in the latest leadership development models and professional learning methods.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to connect business challenges with learning/talent development solutions.
  • Innovative Thinking: Creative and pragmatic problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-Organization: Strong self-management and organizational skills.
