Join Our Team as a Head of Leadership Development

At METRO AG, we are committed to driving growth and excellence through our people. As the Head of Leadership Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our leaders and contributing to a unified leadership culture across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement leadership programs that align with our sCore strategy and Leadership Success Factors.
  • Drive global leadership initiatives, including the Women Leadership Development Program and Leadership Success Factors implementation.
  • Align leadership content to reflect current business needs and ensure all programs are effective in developing effective leaders.
  • Measure impact by establishing and applying KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Engage stakeholders by building strong relationships with senior leaders throughout the global organization to ensure buy-in and alignment.
  • Manage resources by overseeing budgets and selecting external partners to enhance program delivery.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in leadership development, including mastery of the latest leadership development models and professional learning methods.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect business challenges with learning/talent development solutions.
  • Innovative thinking with creative and pragmatic problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-organization with strong self-management and organizational skills.
  • Master's degree in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in developing and managing leadership programs.
