Customer Support Role for Canon Products

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a customer support specialist for Canon products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to German-speaking customers who use our printers, photocopiers, digital cameras, and other imaging products.

As a customer support specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance with our products. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing product information, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email
  • Resolve technical issues and provide product information to customers
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical information
Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal skills in German
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Tech savviness and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Positive and customer-focused attitude
