About the Role
We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team at 1000heads, a collective of Social Media obsessives driven by the desire to create amazing conversational content and campaigns for our clients.
You will work closely with specialists from Insights, Design, and Strategy to deliver transformational social-first work for our clients. Your responsibilities will include cultivating online conversation through quality-led moderation, crafting and activating editorial visions, and managing global brand presences on Social.
Key Responsibilities
- Building client relationships and consistently meeting their expectations
- Managing global brand social presence, including editorial, strategy, content, community, influencer marketing, social activations, and reporting
- Executing real-time social media events and creating integrated events across Europe
- Developing social strategies, editorial calendars, community management guidelines, and advocacy programs on a global level
- Maintaining exceptional standards of campaign engagement, including ethical considerations
- Collaborating with the team to develop creative ideas and solutions for client campaigns
