Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team at alphin GmbH. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, videos, and social media posts.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and implement new strategies and tactics as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent writing, design, and video production skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and social media advertising platforms.
