We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist - Social Media to enhance our vibrant team at firststars GmbH. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to advance your expertise in Strategic Management and Social Media Advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting clients with Performance Marketing initiatives
  • Welcoming new clients into the realm of Social Media Advertising
  • Overseeing and refining campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok
  • Collaborating with the in-house design team for innovative ad creation
  • Performing audience and competitor research
  • Engaging with platforms to share insights and strategies
  • Preparing reports, analyses, and presentations
  • Providing client consultation and communication
  • Mentoring and training new team members
Qualifications

Are You the Ideal Candidate?

  • Completed vocational training or a relevant degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in Paid Social Media
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Strong practical approach to tasks
  • Enthusiastic about your profession
  • Located in GMT, CET, or EET time zones
  • Fluent in German (minimum Level C2) and proficient in English
