Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team at Sony UK Technology Centre. As a key member of our Marketing Communications department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.
- Manage and optimize social media content, including creating engaging posts, videos, and stories.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive.
Requirements:
- University degree (BA or MA) or completed vocational training in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, including Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
- Experience with content creation and editing software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
