Business Development Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Controlling Assistant to join our team at Wallstabe & Schneider. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive sustainability reporting framework, aligned with ESG criteria.
  • Support the expansion of strategic and operational KPI scorecards across the group, utilizing tools such as LucaNet and SAP S4/HANA.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of financial data, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the reporting team to enhance the existing reporting framework, leveraging PowerBI for data visualization and analysis.
  • Support the implementation of Controlling systems in international locations, in conjunction with SAP rollouts.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Participate in project work related to annual financial statement preparation.
  • Document and maintain Controlling processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
