About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Controlling Assistant to join our team at Wallstabe & Schneider. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of our sustainability reporting and financial planning processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of our corporate sustainability reporting framework, ensuring compliance with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria.
  • Support the expansion of strategic and operational KPI scorecards across our group, analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of financial data using LucaNet and SAP S4/HANA, identifying trends and areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with our reporting team to develop and implement new reporting tools and processes using PowerBI.
  • Support the further development of our Controlling systems in international locations, working closely with our SAP rollout teams.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management.
  • Contribute to project work related to annual financial statement preparation.
  • Document and maintain Controlling processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
