Junior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Controlling Assistant to join our team at Wallstabe & Schneider. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes.

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of financial models and reports using tools such as LucaNet and SAP S4/HANA.
• Support the development of strategic and operational KPI scorecards to measure business performance.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using PowerBI.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and other regulatory reports.
• Document and maintain financial processes and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent MS Office skills, with a strong focus on Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
