About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at Wallstabe & Schneider. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex customer projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality results
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and resources
- Identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical field
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical expertise and knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in English and German languages
