About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at Wallstabe & Schneider. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex customer projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality results
• Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Manage project budgets and resources
• Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical field
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical expertise and knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Fluency in English and German languages
