Facilities Maintenance Specialist Job

Job Summary:
  • Provide high-quality cleaning and maintenance services for building interiors, including floors, room furnishings, and other surfaces.
  • Conduct green care and winter service tasks to ensure the building's exterior and interior are well-maintained.
  • Clean and maintain wood and stone floors, floor coverings, walls, doors, ceilings, and room furnishings to a high standard.
  • Clean building and climate control systems, sanitary facilities, window frames, glass surfaces, and facades to ensure a clean and healthy environment.
  • Apply various cleaning methods, including sweeping, damp and wet wiping, washing, squeegeeing, polishing, sealing, vacuuming, shampooing, extracting, degreasing, neutralizing, and disinfecting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that cleaning standards are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the facilities team to achieve common goals.
