Job Description
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to create a product marketing strategy for CoachHub GmbH. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be at the crossroads of Sales, Sales Enablement, Product & Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a product marketing strategy that translates product functionality and technical details into user benefit and value.
- Improve our buyer personas to ensure effective communication with the right audience through the right channels.
- Create powerful product value propositions based on B2B customer segmentation, competitive data, market trends, and insights from product & sales teams.
- Identify unique selling propositions and ensure they stand out throughout all content and are adopted by our sales organization.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new products, leveraging all relevant channels in collaboration with the Product team, Marketing team & Coaching Lab.
- Support analyst relations and lead product communication with clients through our quarterly newsletter.
Requirements
- 4 years minimum of experience in B2B Product Marketing.
- Proven marketing skills and mastery of value proposition creation.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) - any other language is a plus.
- Comfortable in a global, hyper-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Strong cross-functional collaborative skills, ability to convince and influence stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills.
