Role Overview
We are in search of an Associate Partner – Customer Success for our MarTech division. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of hospitality products and the broader hospitality industry. They will ensure that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to our clients to enhance and grow their businesses.
- Manage and consult comprehensively with our key accounts in hotel online marketing and e-commerce.
- Develop campaign strategies utilizing price comparison platforms such as Trivago, Tripadvisor, and Google Hotel Ads.
- Continuously assess the marketing campaigns of clients.
- Engage regularly with clients to discuss the success of their campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee internal projects within Account Management based on your interests and strengths.
- Manage your own portfolio of hotels.
- Collaborate closely with the team to cultivate and maintain outstanding customer relationships.
- Assist in enhancing customer retention, loyalty, and drive upselling or repeat business over time.
- Participate in cross-functional discussions regarding new products and ideas, providing transparent developmental and motivational feedback.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and processes, articulating this knowledge to customers as needed.
- Onboard new clients and empower them to maximize the benefits of our product offerings.
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in performance marketing or revenue management, with extensive experience in account management or customer success management.
- A degree or postgraduate qualification in relevant fields, coupled with excellent communication skills.
Knowledge Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of SaaS/B2B product offerings.
- Expertise in market dynamics and trends within the travel and hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of client servicing strategies.
- Familiarity with escalation handling procedures.
