Role Overview
We are in search of an Associate Partner – Customer Success for our MarTech division. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of hospitality products and the broader hospitality landscape. They will be responsible for ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to our clients to enhance and grow their business.
- Manage and consult comprehensively with our key accounts in hotel online marketing and e-commerce.
- Develop campaign strategies utilizing price comparison platforms such as Trivago, Tripadvisor, and Google Hotel Ads.
- Continuously assess the marketing campaigns of clients.
- Engage regularly with clients to discuss the effectiveness of their campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee internal projects within Account Management based on your interests and strengths.
- Manage your own portfolio of hotels.
- Collaborate closely with the team to cultivate and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Assist in increasing customer retention, loyalty, and drive upselling or repeat business over time.
- Participate in cross-functional discussions regarding new products and ideas, providing transparent developmental and motivational feedback.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of our products and processes and communicate this effectively to customers when necessary.
- Onboard new clients and empower them to maximize the benefits of our product offerings.
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in performance marketing or revenue management, with substantial experience in account management or customer success management.
- A degree or postgraduate qualification in relevant fields, accompanied by excellent communication skills.
Knowledge Requirements
- Thorough understanding of SaaS/B2B product offerings.
- Expertise in market dynamics and trends within the travel and hospitality industry.
- Strong grasp of client servicing strategies.
- Familiarity with escalation handling procedures.
