Focused on the Financial Services sector, you will leverage the extensive capabilities of PS' offerings, along with the additional resources available through Publicis Groupe, to uncover new prospects, engage with diverse buying centers, and devise innovative strategies that assist our clients in transitioning towards a more digitally-enabled future, ultimately benefiting their operations and clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead and oversee stewardship for multiple clients, acting as their PS representative and ensuring sustainable year-over-year growth. Exhibit comprehensive industry knowledge to formulate actionable insights regarding potential pathways and strategies for a client's digital business transformation. Cultivate relationships at the C-suite and senior management levels to influence and drive a comprehensive transformation agenda. Take ownership of the PS Account Plan and maintain a holistic relationship with each client to achieve targeted sales and revenue growth, along with overall client satisfaction. Develop a strategic relationship map, envision a 3–5-year plan, and manage tactical initiatives to promote the full PS portfolio. Enhance relationships with customer executives (beyond the CIO) through targeted marketing efforts, thought leadership initiatives, account references, and public relations opportunities. Formulate proposals and negotiate agreements aimed at achieving mutually advantageous outcomes for both PS and its clients. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual booking targets, ensuring that contractual arrangements align with established commercial objectives. Oversee and guarantee delivery expectations and satisfaction by coordinating relevant delivery stakeholders. Advocate for clients internally, ensuring all opportunities are accurately represented and forecasted in the PS CRM pipeline to enhance visibility and cross-selling opportunities across practices, capabilities, and alliance partner teams. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of PS' go-to-market offerings and solutions, brand and network development, cross-client business lines, and industry trends. Promote cross-selling across our various services, solutions, and capabilities. Demonstrate exceptional performance and results in achieving goals, account management, diversity development, business/financial/technical specialization, innovation, and contributions to the PS Growth Force Community. Manage internal PS stakeholders and build a dedicated, virtual team of experts to align our offerings with client priorities. Contribute to the Global Client Partner community and Growth Force community strategies, sharing best practices, case studies, and educational resources.Required Qualifications
Skills & Experience
Several years of experience in the Financial Services sector and within professional services, showcasing success and growth as an account manager or client partner. Proven experience managing substantial accounts valued at €3 million. A commitment to leadership, equality, and societal impact. Ability to cultivate and maintain Trusted Partner-level relationships with both C-suite client contacts and internal stakeholders through a strong industry perspective and understanding of client needs. Strong global leadership capabilities to manage a team of up to 20, leading change while inspiring and developing others. A proactive learning mindset and a drive for continuous improvement, including the development of personal adaptability and pursuit of excellence. Flexibility and mobility to work in a hybrid environment, including remote work, office presence, and travel as required.
