Position Overview

proAV Limited is a prominent global provider of audio-visual integration services, delivering AV and event solutions through a diverse range of client collaborations worldwide.

We are currently seeking a skilled AV Install Engineer to play a pivotal role within our organization, representing proAV Limited. This position offers a remarkable opportunity to become part of a well-established operation, with the potential to enhance and elevate our service offerings at every opportunity.

Core Responsibilities

  • Execute the physical installation of equipment, including projectors, display screens, audio systems, interactive boards, and equipment racks, along with the commissioning of these systems.
  • Interpret and understand audio-visual schematics and construction documentation.
  • Participate in site coordination meetings.
  • Maintain precise and current records of the installation process on-site.
  • Report directly to the Project Manager.
  • Act on behalf of the Project Manager in their absence.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams, clients, and contractors.
  • Uphold health and safety standards, including conducting 'toolbox talks.'
  • Attend necessary training sessions as required.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong foundational knowledge of Electronics and Audio-Visual Systems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure is essential.
  • High level of proficiency in computer skills.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to identify suitable solutions for various applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with both company executives and construction teams.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards, with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring thorough completion of tasks and addressing any issues comprehensively.
