Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, integration, and commissioning of audio-visual systems, including projectors, video walls, sound systems, digital signage, and video conferencing solutions.
- Troubleshooting and resolving audio-visual system issues on-site.
- Collaborating with project teams to interpret technical drawings and implement design specifications.
- Installing cabling infrastructure, including wiring for audio, video, and control systems.
- Testing and configuring audio-visual equipment for optimal performance.
- Providing technical support and training to clients as required.
- Ensuring all installations comply with health and safety regulations.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as an audio-visual installation specialist in commercial or residential settings.
- Strong understanding of audio-visual technologies, systems integration, and wiring standards.
- Experience with video conferencing solutions (e.g., Cisco, Polycom, Zoom, etc.).
- Familiarity with control systems such as Crestron, AMX, or Extron is a plus.
- Knowledge of networking protocols related to audio-visual systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
