We are currently seeking a skilled AV Install Engineer to play a vital role within our organization, embodying the values and standards of proAV Limited. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducting the physical installation of equipment, including projectors, plasma displays, speakers, smartboards, and equipment racks, as well as commissioning the systems.
- Interpreting and understanding audio-visual schematics and construction drawings.
- Participating in site coordination meetings.
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of the installation process on-site.
- Reporting directly to the Project Manager.
- Acting on behalf of the Project Manager in their absence.
- Collaborating with various internal departments, clients, and contractors.
- Maintaining health and safety awareness, including conducting 'toolbox talks.'
- Attending necessary training sessions as required.
Candidate Profile
- Strong foundational technical knowledge of Electronics and Audio-Visual Systems.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
- Capable of lateral thinking to find suitable solutions for various applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage with both company executives and construction contractors.
- Proficient in planning and organizing work effectively.
- Committed to delivering high-quality standards with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring thorough completion of tasks and addressing any issues that arise.
