About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our EssilorLuxottica Germany team. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide strategic HR expertise and guidance to our senior leaders, driving business success and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing HR expertise and guidance to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business, identifying opportunities to drive HR initiatives and improve employee engagement.
  • Lead organizational development and transformation initiatives, working closely with senior leaders to drive change and growth.
  • Manage HR projects, including talent management, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues in DACH and Centers of Excellence to drive best practices and share knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 8+ years of HR experience, with a proven track record of success in a senior HR business partner role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and employees.
  • High impact mindset, with a focus on driving business outcomes and improving employee engagement.
  • Ability to influence and drive change, with a strong understanding of HR metrics and analytics.
