About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our EssilorLuxottica Germany team. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business success and supporting our senior leaders in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our senior leaders, providing expert HR guidance and support to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including our General Managers and senior business leaders.
  • Lead organizational development and transformation initiatives, driving cultural change and improving business performance.
  • Manage HR projects, including talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues in DACH and Centers of Excellence to drive best practices and share knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with German legislation and implement employment policies and procedures to support business needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 8+ years of HR experience, with a proven track record of building trusted relationships with executive levels and working with European stakeholders.
  • High impact mindset, with the ability to think critically and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
