Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our EssilorLuxottica Germany team. This role will work closely with General Managers and senior business leaders to drive the HR agenda and transform the business.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a senior business partner to provide HR expertise, guidance, and coaching to leaders.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with defined leaders and provide proactive strategic partnership.
- Lead and steer strategic HR processes, including Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Workforce Planning, Compensation, Employment Law/Relations, and more.
- Lead organizational development and transformation.
- Act as a high-impact and trusted change manager to the organization.
- Develop and maintain a productive relationship with the Workers Council and lead Workers Council negotiations.
- Closely collaborate with HR colleagues in DACH and Centers of Excellence.
- Manage HR projects, both within the business units and on DACH or European level.
- Implement employment policies and procedures relevant to the business needs.
- Ensure compliance with German legislation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 8+ years of HR experience.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with executive levels and work with European stakeholders.
- High-impact mindset with a focus on the big picture.
- Change and transformation navigator.
- High problem-solving and analytical capability.
- Ability to influence on executive level and work in the matrix.
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to bring valuable insights to the team/business.
