Join Our Team as a Business Development Specialist

Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL) is a leading financial institution with a rich history dating back to 1856. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and acquiring new clients and intermediaries in Luxembourg and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of our growth strategy and value proposition
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities with existing and new customers
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market conditions to detect and anticipate commercial opportunities
  • Analyze potential opportunities and collaborate with the team to maximize client satisfaction
  • Follow up on deals from offer to closing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Promote agency services and the bank in Luxembourg and abroad
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory and infrastructure developments
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales or securities origination
  • Good knowledge of securities lifecycle and compliance requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build sustainable relationships
  • Fluent in English; French, German, or other languages an advantage
  • Client-oriented and results-driven
  • Rigorous, organized, and methodical
