Senior Product Insights Analyst

In this role as Senior Product Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for defining key data points and events to measure customer shopping experiences and performance drivers along the purchasing funnel. You will conduct detailed analysis of the customer journey, identifying drop-off points and areas for improvement.
Responsibilities:- You will collaborate with product development teams to optimize internal products and provide recommendations to improve features, user engagement, and performance.
- You will design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate shopping and product changes, ensuring valid and reliable results.
- You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, threats, and benchmark company performance against industry standards.
To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, or Marketing, and over 4 years of experience in an analytics role, preferably in e-commerce, marketing, or product analytics.
You will have a strong grasp of digital marketing principles, user acquisition strategies, and customer journey mapping. Proficiency in data analysis and SQL, Python, and/or R is essential, as well as experience with data visualization tools.
You will possess strong analytical skills, able to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights, with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills are required to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
