Staff Product Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Product Analyst to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our Product Analytics community, you will be responsible for driving best practices and delivering high-quality insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain our data catalogue, ensuring seamless delivery of data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data product managers and engineers to create reusable data products, driving efficiency and scalability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and execute data-driven projects.
- Partner with senior product leaders to set strategic priorities and promote evidence-based decision making across the organisation.
- Communicate actionable insights clearly, highlighting the 'so-whats' of your analyses to drive business growth.
- Analyse customer behaviour and product performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve user experience.
- Mentor and guide other product analysts, defining best practices and providing support to help individuals and the team grow in effectiveness.
- Extensive experience in quantitative analysis roles, ideally with 5+ years of working closely with product teams.
- Expert-level SQL and Python skills for analysis and data manipulation.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools like Tableau to create compelling visualisations.
- Experience with A/B experiments, interpreting results, and deep diving to understand impact.
- Excellent communication skills, articulating complex business problems and presenting findings clearly.
- Leadership experience, capability building, and mentorship or direct people management.
- A change mindset, with a focus on outcome-oriented solutions.
