About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team as a Head of Partner Strategy. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our Amazon Freight Partner (AFP) program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for AFP, leveraging data analysis and business acumen to identify opportunities and drive results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including operations, logistics, and sales teams, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to optimize tractor utilization, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Analyze and present data insights to senior stakeholders, using visualizations and dashboards to drive action and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, leveraging expertise in data analysis, business strategy, and operational knowledge.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, statistics, computer science, or business analytics.
  • Proven experience in analytical roles, driving business strategy and growth using data analysis, operational knowledge, and business acumen.
  • Relevant experience in data analysis, data quality, and data warehousing, with a strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
