About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team as a Head of Partner Strategy. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our Amazon Freight Partner (AFP) program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for AFP, leveraging data analysis and business acumen to identify opportunities and drive results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including operations, logistics, and supply chain teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making.
  • Analyze large data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Quicksight.
  • Develop and maintain visualisation tools and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and drive action.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, statistics, computer science, or business analytics.
  • Proven experience in an analytical role, driving business strategy and growth using data analysis and business acumen.
  • Relevant experience in working with operational, supply chain, or logistics teams.
  • Advanced or master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
