- Proactively prospect and win new accounts, building out a strong funnel.
- Develop and execute sales plans and profit targets to contribute to business goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with new and existing customers.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets.
- 10+ years of proven previous experience within a Sales position, meeting and exceeding targets.
- Previous experience and knowledge within a similar position in the Insurance industry is essential and knowledge / network within our target segments: consumer electronics retailers & OEMs, Utility providers (Gas & Electricity), Banks / Bancassurance, Telcos & Internet service providers, InsurTech, Platform, APIs & Integrations.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels, including executive and C-level.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
- Proven ability to position products against competitors.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
