About the Role
The Service Manager will be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive aftersales and repair programs for MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. This includes performing market analysis, developing strategies for sustainability and innovation, and collaborating with international partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage aftersales and repair programs to meet customer needs and improve commercial conditions
- Perform market analysis and develop strategies for sustainability and innovation
- Collaborate with international partners to improve customer experience and commercial conditions
- Run negotiations with manufacturers and suppliers to improve customer experience and commercial conditions
- Process and manage customer journeys
- Run and support strategic projects independently
- Advise and support associated companies in operational issues related to aftersales service
- Have a general understanding of IT processes
About You
The ideal candidate will have several years of professional experience in retail, preferably with an industrial partner or workshop provider. They should have experience with project management methods and strong communication and negotiation skills. They should also have a high team spirit, motivation, and change drive, and be able to think in systems and feel comfortable in complex, dynamic environments.
Requirements
