About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to join our Services & Solutions Team at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive trade-in programs to drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement trade-in programs that meet customer needs and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to streamline trade-in processes and improve customer experience
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to continuously improve trade-in offerings and stay ahead of the competition
  • Lead the design and implementation of Device as a Service (DaaS) solutions, providing customers with flexible, subscription-based device solutions
  • Work with product development and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of DaaS offerings
  • Develop pricing models, service level agreements, and support structures for DaaS
  • Drive the company's green energy strategy, focusing on renewable energy solutions and sustainability
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and promote green energy products and services
  • Educate and engage customers on the benefits of green energy and sustainable practices

Your Profile

  • University degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in managing global and cross-functional projects, ideally in retail or service environments
  • Knowledge of trade-in business models and/or green energy business
  • Good understanding of market trends and innovations in the Services & Solutions area
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and results-oriented
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for sustainability and technology
  • Business fluent in English, German would be beneficial
