Customer Service Representative for TRICARE Overseas Programs

As a Beneficiary Services Representative Floater with Leidos, you will provide education and enrollment services for the TRICARE Overseas Program under the Defense Health Agency. Your primary duties will include verifying benefits eligibility, processing enrollments and disenrollments, registering TRICARE beneficiaries, performing Primary Care Manager changes, and providing customer service to beneficiaries via phone and in person.
You will also collect, process, retrieve, and disseminate transfer information for active-duty and family member portability/disenrollment processes, conduct briefings, provide basic claims assistance, and maintain confidentiality and proper handling of Protected Health Information. Additionally, you may provide remote support to other BSRs at sites and shadow support to new BSRs as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess effective communication skills, computer literacy with internet research experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and ability to multitask and work independently. You must also have a strong understanding of TRICARE Overseas programs, DEERS, MHS Genesis, and HIPAA regulations.
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The salary range for this position is approximately €35,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
