Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our corporate-wide company acquisition, sales, and cooperation projects as a Praktikum - Mergers & Acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of corporate-wide projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analyses to support company valuations and financial modeling, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Due Diligence: Collaborate with the team to prepare, implement, and follow up on due diligence reviews, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of potential risks and opportunities.
  • Decision Support: Assist in the preparation of decision templates for the board of directors and supervisory board, providing critical information to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Currently studying in the field of Business Administration with a focus on Corporate Finance, Controlling/Accounting, strategic/international Management, or similar.
  • Experience: Ideally, have gained initial practical experience in the areas of company valuation, Corporate Finance, and Accounting.
  • Skills: Possess very good analytical skills and an interdisciplinary mindset, with the ability to work independently, precisely, and reliably with a high level of initiative.
  • Proficiency: Proficient in MS-Office and excellent English skills.
