Surgical Education Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Surgical Education Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing educational programs for healthcare professionals in the surgical field.
Key Responsibilities- Digital Education Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital education strategy for surgical professionals, including the implementation of innovative digital learning solutions.
- Hybrid Education Programs: Design and manage hybrid education programs that combine online and in-person components for an optimal learning experience.
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and relevant curriculum materials, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices in surgical education.
- Platform Management: Oversee the selection and management of digital platforms and tools for educational content delivery, staying informed about advancements in educational technology.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, industry partners, and educational institutions.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve the content and delivery methods.
