About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Surgical Education Manager with a focus on Digital and Hybrid Education. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing educational programs for healthcare professionals in the surgical field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital education strategy for surgical professionals.
  • Implement innovative digital learning solutions, including e-learning modules, webinars, virtual simulations, and other cutting-edge technologies.
  • Design and manage hybrid education programs that combine online and in-person components for an optimal learning experience.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and relevant curriculum materials.
  • Oversee the selection and management of digital platforms and tools for educational content delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, industry partners, and educational institutions.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs.
  • Develop and manage budgets for digital and hybrid education initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing digital and hybrid education programs, preferably in the healthcare or surgical field.
  • Strong understanding of educational technologies, e-learning platforms, and virtual simulations.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of surgical procedures, practices, and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with accreditation processes for continuing education programs is a plus.
