Job Title: German Customer Success Manager

At Assent, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced German Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with German-speaking customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points, and implement solutions to drive customer success.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless handovers and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular customer reviews to assess customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive customer retention and growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer pain points.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM systems a plus.
  • Fluency in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
