Key Responsibilities- Drive Bookings: Develop and execute targeted campaigns to rapidly increase studio bookings, leveraging your expertise in the local market.
- Market Strategy Development: Craft and implement innovative marketing strategies across digital platforms, social media, and local channels to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Partnerships and Community Engagement: Foster relationships with local influencers, wellness businesses, and potential partners to drive awareness and new customer acquisition.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor marketing and sales data to optimize campaigns and adapt strategies to maximize conversions and bookings.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the Berlin market.
- Demonstrated ability to drive bookings and meet targets, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media and online advertising.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage local communities and partners.
- Fluency in English is required; at least conversational proficiency in German is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment, adapting quickly to evolving challenges and opportunities.
