Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Management Director to join our team at Doctolib. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a proactive and personalized customer journey to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Direct teams in optimizing farming and upselling strategies to maximize revenue growth.
- Build a high-performing team of experts focused on delivering high-value added actions.
- Embed a customer-centric culture and increase awareness around user pain points.
- Proactively transform our ways of working, processes, and habits to drive continuous improvement.
- Embody and promote Doctolib's playbook and values.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading large-scale strategic transformation programs with significant results.
- Strong understanding of sales organization and ability to drive synergies.
- Product-oriented mindset to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Data-driven approach to inform decision-making.
