Position Overview
The selected candidate will oversee the operations related to German Special Funds within the Fund Operations & Finance division. Key responsibilities encompass evaluating fund performance, engaging in transactions, organizing investor board meetings, assessing business processes, formulating financial budgets, conducting financial analyses, managing fund vehicles, crafting investment structures, and streamlining operational processes. The ideal applicant should possess exceptional analytical capabilities, extensive proficiency in MS Excel, and a solid educational background in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, Tax, or Law. A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience is required, along with fluency in both German and English. A proactive, organized work ethic is essential, and prior experience in the real estate sector is advantageous.

- Financial knowledge is a plus
