About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team at KoRo. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process replacement orders and refunds, addressing customer concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- Monitor and analyze customer reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse staff to coordinate orders, stock levels, and deliveries.
About You
We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in English, Danish, and Swedish, with a strong service orientation and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work in a structured and organized way, staying calm under pressure and in fast-paced environments. Initiative and a solution-driven mindset are essential, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and positive atmosphere with clients and colleagues.
