About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Sales Manager to join our team at dentsu. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing sales projects and driving sales growth in the German market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and targets in the German market.
  • Manage sales projects from lead generation to contract closure, working closely with our pre-sales and subject matter experts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our technology partners to deliver innovative sales solutions.
  • Monitor and control sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling complex consulting and software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Proficient in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
