About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Holisticon AG. As a Sales Manager for Digital IT Solutions, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and delivery, to ensure alignment and effective sales execution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the IT industry, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
