Job Title: EMEA Trade Compliance Projects Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Compliance Projects Manager to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of trade compliance projects and processes to minimize risk, enhance service, and optimize costs savings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage trade compliance projects and processes to minimize risk and enhance service
  • Collaborate with EMEA and Global Trade Compliance teams to ensure compliance with regional and global regulations
  • Represent Trade Compliance in cross-functional projects and topics, and act as EMEA TC Ambassador
  • Lead initiatives to define, maintain, and communicate compliance KPIs, dashboards, ICP, Policy Framework, and training material
  • Assess compliance and capabilities, identify gaps, and propose solutions to address gaps
  • Continuously monitor and anticipate regulatory changes, assess impact, define required actions, and implement timely across the corporation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Seven (5) years of Trade Compliance leadership experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Strong knowledge of regional trade regulations in various EMEA countries
  • Proven track record of navigating large, complex, multinational organizations, successfully managing audits, applying and managing customs and export control licenses, interpreting new Trade Compliance regulations, and adapting processes and systems accordingly

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP GTS experience
  • Experience with complex principle business models
  • Strong process-oriented and structured project manager, LSS experience, good communication skills, hands-on attitude, and comfortable dealing with government officials and leadership

Working Conditions:

  • EMEA role with preferred location in Germany, Belgium, or the Netherlands
  • Hybrid working model
  • Travel may include up to 10%
