Flink, a leading quick commerce player in Europe, is on a mission to revolutionize the way people shop. We deliver groceries to your doorstep in minutes, carrying 2,500 products from top brands and focusing on sustainability through electric bike deliveries and recyclable packaging.
We're seeking an exceptional User Acquisition Manager to join our New Customer Acquisition team. This role will drive our marketing efforts across multiple channels, both online and offline, with a focus on initiatives outside of traditional online performance marketing.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, comfortable managing diverse projects and interacting with various stakeholders. They will have a passion for driving growth and innovation, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
About the RoleThis position offers a unique opportunity to shape our customer acquisition strategy and contribute to Flink's rapid growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Referral Program Management: Design and manage referral programs to incentivize existing users to refer new customers, developing and overseeing incentive structures that are cost-effective and attractive.
- User Journey Optimization: Collaborate with product teams and other stakeholders to improve the user experience from initial visit to conversion, identifying and addressing pain points to increase conversion rates.
- Offline Performance Marketing: Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as hand-to-hand flyering and mailboxing, monitoring and evaluating effectiveness to minimize efficiently drive new customer growth.
- App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Develop and implement ASO strategies to improve organic search rankings and App Store Conversion Rates, monitoring organic search performance and evaluating potential for growth.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous work experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-moving company or startup.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- A strong drive for continuous learning and research on the subject matter.
- Data-driven and creative thinking to push the envelope on new user acquisition.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
- Creative problem-solving to come up with innovative solutions.
