Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Berner Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in the Automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in the Automotive sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans to capitalize on them.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
