Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead our major Data Centre construction projects in Frankfurt. As the key client interface, you will ensure that our client objectives are met and exceeded, and that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver projects from design development to construction
  • Drive performance through project controls, permitting, and approvals
  • Oversee and manage project execution, including procurement and construction management
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
  • Manage project risks and claims
  • Develop and implement project execution plans
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success

Requirements

  • University degree in a construction-related field
  • Extensive experience delivering major projects and/or programmes, with at least 5 years of experience in the Data Centre sector
  • Proven track record of success as a Project Director or Construction Director in a PMC, EPCM, or Construction Management environment
  • Strong understanding of project management and project controls methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent English language skills, with a minimum B1 German language level
