Job Description

We're seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Frankfurt on major Data Centre construction projects. As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing overall project cost, schedule, and budgets. You'll work closely with General Contractors and other vendors and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project cost, schedule, and budgets
  • Manage General Contractors and other vendors and consultants
  • Analyse and track critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip
  • Run and lead client and other required meetings
  • Identify factors that influence construction costs and monitor and report on this data
  • Support engineering decisions relating to project cost and budget
  • Review requests for payment
  • Record occurrences that might result in a claim
  • Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client

Requirements

  • A construction-related academic qualification or degree
  • Min. 4 years of working experience in project management for construction projects
  • Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing, and presentations
  • Strong and professional communication skills
  • Fluent in English, min. B2 German level
  • Available in Frankfurt area
